I've a strong feeling this was YOON Sang-Chul's only cap for his country and not YOO Sang-Chul's debut cap.

YOO Sang-Chul does get a cap back here though: Japan V South Korea 1995-02-26
It appears the South Korea team has been deleted. As you have the sub information, and the two goals by LEE Ki-Hyung. YOO Sang-Chul is down as scoring a penalty in the shootout.

Korea FA website corroborates this.
Andrejs Rubins didn't play this match, it was Ritvars Rugins instead.

Just to clean this one up, I believe Husain Ali Ahmed is the player coming on for Mohamed Jaffer Al-Zain and scoring. Husain Ali Baba is already starting.
Uzbekistan v Bahrain 2004-07-30
Exactly the same!
...and again! Husain Ali Ahmed coming on for Sayed Mohamed Adnan this time.
A couple of Laizans swaps:

Jamal Al-Houli (https://www.national-football-teams.com/player/5034/Jamal_Al_Houli.html) was born in Al-Salt, Jordan. He started his career at Al-Salt SC (https://www.national-football-teams.com/club/22015/2024_2/Al_Salt_Sc.html) in 1992/93 season. The club first participated to Jordanian football in 1965, in an 'untitled' league. This was kept until 2005/06 when they were promoted to the 3. League. He then moved to Al-Tafila (https://www.national-football-teams.com/club/23534/1995_1/Al_Tafila.html) in 1995/96 season, competing for another three seasons. Actually, Al-Tafila still exist until now, retaining the 'untitled' league status. Then, in 1998, Al-Houli moved to Al-Ramtha SC until he moved to Palestine in the 1999/00 season to join Shabab Jabalaya. He moved to Shabab Rafah (https://www.national-football-teams.com/club/3588/2004_1/Shabab_Rafah.html) in the 2002/03 season. Actually, they have been exist since the same season. He remained there until he retired in the 2012/13 season.
I've a strong feeling it was Alex Valderrama who played here and it wasn't Carlos Valderrama's debut. Alex played the 2nd match between the pair 4 days later which indicates to me Carlos wasn't in the squad.

I have Alex down as playing in this match, too.

A few things for Mauricio Solis...
Jeaustin Campos comes on for Kenneth Paniagua in the 28th minute, shown at 32:42 in the video below and not Mauricio Solis, who doesn't play,

Solis gets a cap back here though as he's the player that comes on for Rolando Fonseca and not Mauricio Wright. Solis is seen and mentioned in the video below at 3:47 in the 75th minute of the game.

Your information here is correct, apart from it should of course be Alonso Solis who was the player booked and not Mauricio Solis, who never played.

Confirmed by JFA that the final sub was Masashi Motoyama coming on for Atsuhiro Muira and not Yuji Nakazawa.

I'm leaning to agree with transfermarkt's lineup for this match, as oppose to 11v11's which is the one you may be using. My reasoning are the two sources below, firstly the video which the Spanish announcers mentions 'Boyd' after the shot at 0:22, which would be Walter Boyd. Secondly at 1:08 the shot blocked on the line is mentioned in this article which mentions in its final paragraph that Andy Williams had the shot.
It appears Alberto Garcia Aspe played and captained this match instead of Luis Garcia, who doesn't play.

I've also doubts on Alberto Garcia Aspe and his 1992 record. It's possible that their maybe a mix up with him and Alberto Garcia on some of these, if not all. I'll need to look into this more.
