Northern Cyprus is in the database, but almost all of their matches are missing. Lots of missing match data available here, including the 2005 match against Kosovo (this is missing a lot of match data in the DB):
I don't think I am going to add them at this time. The only Non-FIFA countries I have time to work on at the moment are those that compete in championships with full FIFA members.
