It is a nice idea, we can put it on the list. The list unfortunately is a really long one, and we don't have too much time on our hands to do these things.
Still, a nice idea.

Is the North Korea team which took part in the Quaid-e-Azam Cup in Peshawar, Pakistan really the North Korea national team as the matches are included in this website.
The RSSSF source of the tournament state "precise status of North Korea XI unclear". The North Korea matches page in RSSSF also omits those matches in the records. So do the match records in RSSSF of Pakistan, Nepal, and Indonesia who played against the team in 1985 with exception of the RSSSF page of Bangladesh who faced the team in the final. No trace of the North Korean team matches either in worldfootball and fifarankings. I think the confusion comes from these matches listed on Eloratings.
However how is it possible that the team played on 29 April against Nepal in the tournament in Pakistan, then the next day on 30 April played against Japan in the World Cup qualifiers in North Korea, and on 2 May returned to Pakistan to play against Indonesia.
Opinions on this? I don't have the time to do any research at the moment or in the near future.
So I think we are through with this. Now it's either the other thread, or update end of season stats. Probably will have a look at the other thread.

Hi - I added it, but usually we go back adding games year by year.
This is a potential mistake, and I've gone back and too on this, whether Walter Ayovi is the one that plays here or if it's Marlon Ayovi as you mention. Sources seem to be 50/50 on this but I've gone with the US Soccer History page with mentions Walter and not Marlon. It's one for conversation on here for those in the know, as I'm still not sure which one it is.
The south american statistics book by Mantz says that is was Walter Ayovi, so I am going with that one.
It's very hard to find statistics for the Norwegian championship 50s,or the Austrian Regionalliga 60s.I think it's better to have 0/0 for a full career as a footballer, than a career with one or two lines. But it's up on you.
In those cases we would simply have no stats, no 0/0. Those appear if we in theory have data for that club in that year, but the player never played a league match.
I wish that I had more detail to give you but all I can really find on the latest CHAN qualifiers are here, which is definitely not ideal - I'm hoping that you (or others) have better sources!
We will tackle those after the next bunch of "proper" internationals.
Great! These were fun to do, I hope I got all of them right.
Regarding his 2023 season, he started at Benfica Bissau, then according to the above article he vanished and showed up at Flamengo Pefine and played against Benfica Bissau, then i'm not sure what happened, but he was listed in June 2024 as Benfica Bissau player once again - see picture below
That usually means that people made a mistake and he never played for Flamengo Pefine.
So, is all of this done?
Hi - I have a slight problem with cases like this. I can see that transfermarkt is of the opinion, that Bentley played for QPR in 1960/61. But they have no data. This could mean a lot of things. He could have been under contract for QPR that season, but never played - which sounds highly unlikely, as he was a regular player for QPR next season. Or he could not have had a permission to play for any number of reasons, and maybe only played for the reserve team (And I would not list him in that case). Or transfermarkt could be wrong, and hec actually moved at the beginning of 1961/62.
I don't like including loads of 0/0 stats for players. I think it would be best if we stick to the clear cases.

Fan Zhiyi may have played here instead of Feng Jiang. The source only mentions 10 starters however, with Feng and Li Hongjun not mentioned. One of them obviously must play, I'm just guessing the 'Fan' or 'Feng' mix up. One to discuss.

South Korea v China 2000-10-13
Potential extra half time substitution here with Li Weifeng coming on for Li Tie. teamchina also mentions Li Weifeng. Hong Myung-bo sending off in the 65th minute prior to the China penalty also mentioned. One less South Korea though, so there is doubt with this one as well.

Some more opinions on these?
He was only playing for the reserve side of Liverpool in those last two seasons, so I'll leave it.
So, that was all in thread. On to the next one!
There's also a miscounting with Siphiwe Tshabalala where his "National Team Appearances" section says that he participated in 16 games in 2013 however there are only 14 games shown in the "Matches of" section - therefore he's "only" had 89 matches for South Africa rather than 91.
Apparently Siyabonga Nomvethe played in the match against Egypt according to this source. Nomvethe has the same caching issue that Tshabalala has, as there are 11 matches listed in the "Matches of" section and only 10 shown in "National Team Appearances"
According to RSSSF, Benni McCarthy's goal against Ireland was scored by Shaun Bartlett.
Thanks for your hard work!
Don't know what to do with all of these.
Thank you! That should be everything in here, moving on to the next thread.
I have become completely confused with the Bhutan subs against Bangladesh on 05/09/24 - can somebody please list what subs happened and in what minute, because I am afraid to make stuff even worse.
I think I am through with everything here. Good, then I can concentrate on transfers and the upcoming internationals.
And thanks to all of you!

Hi - we only have full international players on our site, no youth international players.
6. Missing information in the Lebanon vs Kuwait match of 22 June 1997 (https://www.national-football-teams.com/matches/report…non_Kuwait.html M Adeilem replaces Adel Youssef Ali (https://www.national-football-teams.com/player/76708/Adel_Youssef_Ali.html) in the 83th minute. I don't know further information about him.
Highly unlikely. This was a world cup qualifier, and we already have three subs for Kuwait.
