This forum seems to be the only place in the whole internet to go to for data like this. Thanks, added everything.

Vincent = Euphrasie, Allen = Larue, Jones = Joubert, Ronny = Marengo, Achille = Henriette, Jude = Nancy, Nigel = Freminot, Dine = Suzette, Leroy = Coralie.

Other two I'm not a hundred per cent sure of, but I think Ahmed is Ahmed Maurrice of The Lions FC, DOB 04/03/92. He's the only Ahmed registered n the Seychelles League on the FA website. There are two Ginos, Melanie and Agathine; Melanie is a goalkeeper, so it should be Agathine of St. Michel Utd., DOB 06/07/92, who is a midfielder.

On Ben's comments about the obscure stuff that we find, then I echo that. I've been keeping records for over 40 years and it has become easier with the internet, but it's great that there other people out there doing something similar. The chances are that we will all find something that the others have missed. Ah, well, Yemen v Chad in a couple of days time - if we get the full details of that one we're really good!

I suggest that for continuity we spell the name Faisal Shayesteh. He's the brother of Qais, who was capped a few years ago. In Thailand his name is usually spelled Shaista, but Thai spelling is famously elastic. One Thai name can usually be transliterated into 5 or 6 different English versions.

I'm working on Yemen v Chad, but at the moment I've only got 10 Yemen names and 1 substitute. I attach them below for anyone interested. I think the missing player is probably a midfielder, but the articles in the run-up to the match say that a number of the regulars are missing. Match reports state that there were a number of injuries during the game, due to Chad's rough tactics,so I guess there were probably a few more substitutes used.

15/04/14 Yemen 0 Chad 0 Grand Hamad, Doha Omar MUBARAK (Oman)

YEMEN Salem AWAD, Mohamed BAROIS, Motaz QAID, Mohamed ABDEL HAKIM, Mounir AL RADAI, Samer YASEEN, Akram AL WORAFI, Mohamed BUQSHAN, Ala’a AL SASI, Saddam HUSSEIN (Kamil TARIQ 58)

I'll throw my 2 cents in on the Yemen vs Chad game
This is what i found from the Yemen Kooora forum
Starting lineup for Yemen in a 3-2-4-1 formation
Salem Awad - Moataz Ahmed Qaid,Mudeer Abdurboh ,Mohamed Buqshan - Mohammed Al Sarori*,Mohamed Barois-
Ahmed Al Hifi, Akram Al Worafi,Alaa Al Sasi,Samer Hassan Yaseen - Saddam Qasim
* full name Mohammed Abdulhakim Ahmed Al Sarori (so Mohammed Abdul Hakim and Mohammed Al Sorori are the same player)
I believe Saddam Qasim and Saddam Hussein are the same player
One sub named 57 mins Abdul Hamid Awas (unsure for whom)
another sub on in 70 mins (no name given)
Substitutes:Essam al Hakimi (GK),Marwan Besbas GK),Alaa Numan,Ebrahim Gehamah,Najib Al Haddad,Abdallowasa Matari,Abdulkadir Alroaeidi,Bashir Al Manifi,Kamel Tareq,Abdul Hameed Awas,Ammar Qaid,Ayman Al Matari

some differences to bakerrp's lineup
I have Mudeer Abdurboh and Ahmed Al Hifi starting
Bakerrp have
Mounir AL RADAI + one unknown

I have found a pic of the teamsheet (for both tems) but it's in arabic.......
I've picpasted it for anyone knowing their arabic.

Radrigue Casimir Ninga (FW)

Was able to ask someone who knows Arabic to see if they could read the team sheet provided by Mikael. The pic isn't that clear so this is what they've provided:

Chad: Mbaya Brice, Leyoum, Kevin Nicaise, Hafido Joalis, Haroun, Hassan Ibrahim, Kidijo Hilary, Marjan, Asilmo Masaha Kilito, Yasin Mohammed, #2 unreadable

Yemen: Motaz, Mudeer Abderboh, Alaa abdalla (?), Samir Yasin, Mohammed abdelhakeem, Ahmed alhibli (?), Saddam Qasim Hussein, Akram Humoud, Mohammed Ahmed, Mohammed barwis

Brilliant :)
Yemen team seems confirmed

For Tchad my guess is
1 Brice Mbaya,2 ??,4 *,5 Kevin Nicaise ,6 Jules Hamidou ,7 Nadjim Haroun,9 *,
10 Hilaire Kedigui,13 Morgan Betorangal,16 Massama Anselmo ,20 Azrak Mahamat Yassin

numbers 2 (unreadable),4 Leyoum, 9 Hassan Ibrahim
For these I haven't a good guess....
nr 4 might be Leger Djimrangar

I could send the teamsheet via email, it might be clearer there, than the picpaste thing..... Let me know

(I use the Microsoft Windowns Photo Viewer, there i can zoom in on the pic, making it quite clear)

You have the actual team sheet on PDF or something similar? If so maybe you can just copy and paste the Chad players here? Or is it the pic?

Well, the person I was asking is actually in another forum and again, the zoomed in line-up lowers the resolution and can't really read it. But he had a guess for #2, "Djim sham/tam." Maybe that's Leger Djimrangar?

Great nr 2 is most certainly Leger Djimrangar.
Now just hoping someone can identify the others

1 Brice Mbaya,2 Leger Djimrangar,4 *,5 Kevin Nicaise ,6 Jules Hamidou ,7 Nadjim Haroun,9 *,
10 Hilaire Kedigui,13 Morgan Betorangal,16 Massama Anselmo ,20 Azrak Mahamat Yassin

numbers 4 Leyoum ?, 9 Hassan Ibrahim ?

You are doing a very good job here, but I am confused. Can someone do a summary line-up of what we know so far? Then I'll add it.

Al Radai and Abdurabh are the same player. His full name, in its various transliterations, is Moudir (or Mudir, Munir or Mounir) Abdurabh (or Abd Rabo or Abdurabi or anything that looks vaguely like this!) Ali al Radai.
