    I wish that I had more detail to give you but all I can really find on the latest CHAN qualifiers are here, which is definitely not ideal - I'm hoping that you (or others) have better sources!

    I have all starting lineups, many substitutions and will post them here when I have made my final check...

    Missing lineups

    Pakistan vs. Sri Lanka 1997-09-13

    Standing L - R: Qazi Ashfaq, Haroon Yousaf (already included), Muhammad Younis, Muhammad Zubair (uncreated), Amjad Zakariya, Mohammad Rashid

    Sitting L - R: Mohammad Arshad, Bashir Ahmad, Naseer Ahmed, Unknown, Muhammad Ijaz

    Could this unknown be Fareed Majeed ? He played internationals in 1997 and 1998. Can't say for sure, but has a little likeness

    Kuwait v Finland 2001-02-15

    Khalaf Salamah scores at least one of the other goals here for Kuwait, it seems there is a conflict between sources:

    transfermarkt = Salamah (8th & 74th) & Al-Huwaidi (42nd).

    11v11 = Al-Huwaidi (8th & 74th) & Salamah (42nd).

    I'll let you decide which one to go with.

    I found this on my computer:

    February 15th, 2001 --
    Gulf champions Kuwait turned on the style to finally hand visitors Finland a narrow 4-3 defeat in Kuwait city on Thursday, a warm-up game ahead of next week's return leg round-robin matches of Asian group four qualifiers for the 2002 World Cup finals, to be staged at home.

    However, that wasn't that easy for the Blues who came back twice from behind before nothing a convincing victory, a much-needed psychological boost for Dusan Uhrin's men ahead of the upcoming challenges on the continental scene.

    Giant Finn forward Mika Kotela edged the visitors 1-0 up after only 2 minutes with a powerful towering header past keeper Ahmed Jassem, yet the hosts weren't intimidated by the early scare before claiming the equalizer six minutes later thanks to another splendid header by their inevitable marksman Jassem Al-Houwaidi, following a brilliant build-up down the right flank by promising young schemer Mohamed Jarragh.

    Tommy Groenland retained the lead for Finland after 33 minutes, courtesy of a stupendous drive just on the edge of the 18-yard box, with home striker Khalaf Al-Salama sharing the spoils at the break from a close-range drive following a neat lay-off with Al-Houwaidi after 41 minutes.

    Sweeper Nhair Al-Shemmari gave Kuwait the lead for the first time in the game, six minutes after the restart from the blank point after a foul committed on all-round midfielder Nasser Al-Souhi in the penalty box, with Jassem Al-Houwaidi aggravating the scoreline after 74 minutes with another flying header following a neat cross by Ahmed Moussa, Aki Rihela netted the third goal for the Finns, an easy tap-in from a close range effort.

    Kuwait - Finland: 4-3. (H.T: 2-2).

    Friendly - Kuwait city - Thursday, February 15, 2001 - 8.000 spectators - 03:30pm (GMT).

    Scorers: Kuwait: Jassem Al-Houwaidi (8’; 74’), Khalaf Al-Salama (41), Nhair Al-Shemmari (51’ pen.).
    Finland: Mika Kotela (2’), Tommy Groenland (33’), Aki Rihela (90’).

    Referees: Mr. Hassan Jawhar (Qatar).

    Linesmen: Mr. Ali Al-Khleifi (Qatar) - Mr. Ibrahim Al-Ibrahim (Qatar).

    4th Referee: Mr. Nasser Al-Enazi (Kuwait).

    Kuwait: Ahmed Jassem, Oussama Hussein, Ahmed Al-Mtiri, Nhair Al-Shemmari, Jamal Mubarak, Nasser Al-Souhi (81’. Saleh Al-Briki), Mohamed Al-Jarragh, Nasser Al-Othman, Ahmed Moussa (79’. Issam Sakin), Khalaf Al-Salama (69’. Bashar Abdullah), Jassem Al-Houwaidi.
