Another think I noticed concerning India - but this time I really approve it :
Players of wrongly-created Jammu & Kashmir section have been zapped.
It would be logical to do the same for the Sikkim section.

The Indian second level now appears with a "calendar" season rhythm. That's not a good idea.
It's true that the league is played each year's spring, but a season does not only consist of national league games !
There are also cup games and regional league games.
As these I-League 2nd Division games are played in spring and not in autumn, it means that the shedule is well synchronized with the first division. So the season rhythm of both two levels is to be the same.
I may correct it back later (anyway, it's in my plans to carry on the work on the Indian clubs section that I started few months ago).
I think it's necessary to revive this topic, given the highly criticizable decision to dissociate the flags from the league system.
It's worthless to see in the same page two teams with different flags while they represent the same league.
It's true that - for example - many Canadian teams are associated with the US league system, but I think their flag should be different from the time Canada had its own independant league.
SAME LEAGUE = SAME FLAG !
Concerning the NIGER-GABON game.
Zue, Oto

shouldn't have been created in the database.
It's already-existing Randal OTO'O (Junior Randal Oto'o Zué).
"closed doors"...
I wonder why such a practice game is included in our stats...
Benjamin,
I think the player "Ibrahim Shahib" (id 58262) you created yesterday is already-exisiting Ebrahim Shehab Saleh (24969)
Quote from s2pidStats for the following should be moved to Non-FIFA:
4.1.2015, South Korea-Saudi Arabia
10.1.2015, Cape Verde-Congo
So it means that FIFA won't count as full internationals 2 games involving full-strength squads without a too high number of substitutions ?
While at the same time FIFA stats include CHAN games (including qualifyers), a competition which forbids full-strength squads...
Deplorable...
One more, thanks to the same site

I'm afflicted by FIFA's decision to include CHAN games as full internationals, and I'm not less afflicted by the site's decision to stick to FIFA's strange decisions. But here are 2 missing games involving the Mourabitounes.

I'm the one who ranked MLS & NASL teams, just after Brazilian teams.
Given the importance of playoffs (and in some years, the irregular/low amount of teams/regular season games) in these two countries (especially in Brazil), I do think the choice of a "Brazilian" ranking is by far more relevant.
I would have probably already added them if more was known about their club career.
Even if South Africa didn't have a full-strength squad, their game vs Equatorial Guinea is listed by FIFA as a full international.
I'm confident we'll get the line-up. Algeria has many web sources (especially dzfoot), while concerning Centrafrique, there's the site I already mentionned (centrafrisuefootball).
Europe-based Habib Habibou & Kelly Youga were part of the initial squad, but they withdrew because of injuries.
Maybe one day, Montpelleir's Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa will be a Centrafrique international...
For several weeks, it's less difficult to find info about Centrafrique football :
Quote from BenjaminBut I am really annoyed that in 2010 there is no african site which has line-ups for all the qualification matches for the African Nations Cup. That is really completely ridiculous, and far too much work.
+1 !
Fortunately, I found most of last week's ACN missing line-ups (DR Congo, Guinea, Togo, Botswana, Niger, Namibia, Gambia, Mozambique, Libya, Rwanda, Côte d'Ivoire, Cape Verde, Mali, Swaziland, Angola, Centrafrique, Morocco, Nigeria, Benin, Burundi, Congo, Cameroon, Mauritius) and I'll post them soon.
Just have a look at this page http://www.irisfootball.com/talent.php?id=29
Given he was already playing senior football in 1995, his year of birth is surely 1977, not 1981.
Thank you for your help, China 1979
This game is already included in our stats.

The real line-up is surely slightly different as Louw was a substitute, not a starter.
