However you like. The chance it will help in the future is slim. So, procede how you want.
Also match attendance isn't tracked on NFT.
Slim still better than none so I shall continue as I also enjoy adding it myself

Display MoreWe already have him:
Bangaly Sylla
given name spelled with only one L, which is generally the more frequent version of that name.
I know it can be tricky sometimes to find players when there are different spellings and/or very common names. What you can do for example is to check Guinea 1980 NFT page to take a look at the players for similiar spelled players. All AfCoN final tournaments and all historic matches starting from 1980 are online, so by the info' you already had NFT must have him. More players and more caps to Bengally Sylla will come when NFT works the history backwards, now working at 1980.
And a side note, I read several times that you wrote a player has played xx matches scoring yy goals in variours saisons or overall in all competitions. That's some nice to know facts which I enjoy reading, but NFT database can't make any use of it as NFT needs appearances stats limited to a specific season AND counting only the proper league. Having accumulated data over two seasons may help when getting one of these two seasons and by doing the maths we'll have the other season as well, but overall data alone is not useable.
Should I keep adding this data since you enjoy reading it and it might become useful one day in the future?
Info on the 5 May 1982 Guinea 1:1 Senegal match.
Venue appears to be Unknown in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Tournament appears to be the 1982 African Friendship Cup, also known as the 1982 Cameroon Tournament. Attendance was 40,500 if that helps.

Thank you and no wonder I had no idea he was already on here. I am just unsure of exact caps data where NFT says 22 caps and 6 goals while RSSSF says 27 caps and 2 goals. I am wondering more about the discrepancy of goals.
