According to TTFA, Trivante Stewart started for Jamaica, Kevin Stewart wasn't at the game at all (Trivante being subbed off for Collin Anderson is therefore correct)
Looking at the video, TTFA definitely have at least one mistake in their report because Fitzroy Cummings (nr 22) wasn't just an unused sub. But I expect the Stewart info to be correct
Martinique vs. Mexico at Gold Cup 2013: Shouldn't that be considered non-FIFA (like all other Martinique games) because they are (and were back then) only CONCACAF but not a FIFA member

I believe Jamaica vs. Trinidad (31 August 1997) should also be non-FIFA, as several foreign players suited up for Trinidad (but different, less strict times back then...)
In the game between French Guiana and Anguilla (2012), Kyle Kentish is credited as coming on for Kareem Burris. However, Burris doesn't show up in the initial line-up (and he is a GK - which doesn't necessarily rule it out in small teams, but I think he really didn't play), so it should be someone else subbed out. Global Sports Archive says that Khalid Brooks left the field for Kentish.
Name of J Quiroa, who played in 1997 for Guatemala vs. Chile, is José Quiroa. If they counted his age correctly in the article, he should have been born on 4 August 1982.
Javier Martínez, not Javier Pérez, came on for Fabricio Pérez; Camilo Bonilla came on for Wilmer Peralta, not Amado Guevara (and in the 31st minute, not 46th). There have been two yellow cards as well (Javier Delgado 42nd, Ninrod Medina 51st)
There are a few things missing from Jamaica vs. Bermuda game:
Yellow cards:
76. minute (1:30:30 in the video): Yellow for Ajeanie Talbott - there was another yellow for a Jamaican player before that
1:36:37 in the video: yellow for Willie Clemons
Subs:
at 1:26 there were 3 subs for Bermuda, not just one. Liam Evans for Jonte Smith; Donte Brangman and Eusebio Blankendal taken off as well. Number 5 and 18 came on - one seemed to have been Keishon Bean, the other probably either Jomei Bean-Lindo or Diego Richardson as they seem to have been the other (outfield) players in the Bermuda squad

Gabriel González was the reserve goalkeeper on the bench. Terry Boss was the starting keeper. Noah Delgado was the team captain for that match, of course he and Andrés Pérez were starters.
soccerscout please have in mind that FIFA match reports have many mistakes, so don't waste your time comparing them with national-football-teams reports. national-football-teams has much less mistakes than FIFA.
Ok, weird that they can't assure the official reports to be correct. Maybe that's why they don't show WCQ games from previous cycles on their website anymore and you have to look at archived versions...
I found two subs for the second Nicaragua vs. Cuba game in November 2019 (no idea about the other subs):
Carlos Chavarría and Anderson Treminio (not yet in the database) came on for the second half for Henry García and Armanto Gkoufas
