This can be verified by this pic that it was against Poland youth. Since the match report in national-teams is saying Shahzada Arbab Kasi (second standing from right to left in last pic) was present at the match, likely the last pic is of the match against Iran if he was indeed present or he didn't came as substitute. However, the players present in both two lineups missing in the report are:

Can someone identify which team is the white/red team, alongside Pakistan in the green kit, in this picture from a match during the 1986 Asian Games. It's either between UAE, Iraq, or Oman, as Pakistan played against these teams, along with Thailand, which obviously doesn't look like it. This would help us complete the lineup for atleast one of these matches United Arab Emirates vs. Pakistan 1986-09-21; Pakistan vs. Iraq 1986-09-23 or Oman vs. Pakistan 1986-09-27 which are completely missing.

Not sure about this one. Considering the red secondary colour would be unusual for Iraq. Here is a youtube video from group opener Iraq vs Oman, we see Iraq having a different white jersey. So, I think we can exclude Iraq, remaining UAE and Oman. Oman is playing in red in the video, but the design looks quite different to the jersey we see on your pic, also missing "Oman" letters. Could be that their white jersey was different, but I expect your pic being vs UAE. As a further idea, would it make sense that all these officials and wreaths are on the opening match day?

Good catch, deffo not Iraq. I wont make this as entirely conclusive but I was just having a deep look right now and yh my feeling is that it has to be UAE specially considering that characteristic logo in the right although blurry (have a look at the kit archive) and most of the pics we got of the UAE players of 1986. Would like more opinions to confirm but looks to be the case so far.

It's definitely UAE in the photo. The first UAE player on the left back row is Adnan Al-Talyani who scores the only goal in the 25th minute from the penalty spot. I can also make out cases for Khalil Ghanim, Abdulrahman Al-Haddid, Abdullah Ali Sultan and Nasser Khamees. I'd suspect Khamees' brother Fahad is the bottom row furthest right as well but his face is obscured and I've no reason to doubt the goalkeeper isn't Abdulqudir Hassan.
