About 10 years ago I started a massive ranking website for many team sports. I have been inactive with it for a few years, but have begun to update it. In the new update, I want to remove certain regions in certain years that do not have at least 75% of their roster born or raised in the region. If anyone has any input on this I would appreciate it. The following is a draft I have so far, but I am still running it through AI to get most of the mistakes out:
