It seems there were three matches he did played in 2008 according to his wiki page:
"His greatest sporting success was being invited to the national team of Afghanistan, his parents' home country. At the 2008 South Asian Championship he played three international matches and scored one goal, but his team was eliminated in the group stage."
The three games in question would be:
I'm unsure where his goal comes from however, that could just be a typo. My guess is the moderators were waiting for a more official source to become available?

Tricky one that one, as it was an Ecuador Olympic team that faced Iran that day. My guess is now it's been brought up, there's more chance of the whole Ecuador team being erased but the fixture remaining on here, then we are to finding out who 'Encalada', 'Capeo' and 'Claudio' are.

Because it was is retirement match:
Dr.Tarek Said''s Homepage - Egypt Versus SudanSome club information might be missing however, playing the 00/01 season at Al-Ittihad al-Iskandariya before finishing his club career in 01/02 at El-Olympy al-Iskandriya. Once again though, perhaps NFT were waiting for more official sources first.

The problem here, the match, which is also important for counting Ali Daei's international goal number correctly was declared as "Full International" even though Ecuador fielded an olympic side. Looking at the cap numbers there aren't too many one-timer international players, in fact most of them had played before (or after) for the (full) national team.
So, the match should remain, and hopefully someone can match 'Encalada', 'Capeo' and 'Claudio' to existing players. -
The old Ecuador FA website had a data base of all of their full internationals, plus trial games played against club and regional selections from 1941 to 2014. This match was not on it, so I believe that it's not official for them. A further problem, of course, is that Team Melli and 11v11 are not always great with obscure players' names.

In 2003 there was a player for Afghanistan called "Enaltat", but no further information at all.
RSSSF lists the name in the match against Kyrgystan (https://www.rsssf.org/tablesk/kyrg-intres2000.html), but I cannot find anything else anywhere. I suspect it may be a misspelling of a name or a nickname.

Who is Raed Ibrahim, a mysterious player who made his debut once for Jordan in 2013?
I'm going to stick my neck out and say it's Ra'ed Freah Al- Nawateer instead.
The link here mentions him as the only substitution, which of course is wrong but could be telling.

You can pull your neck back in - it was Ra'ed al Nawateer!
